The Ladybug has blossomed into quite a conversationalist: she’s witty, opinionated, and capable of puns. Nevertheless, she still has some issues with basic pronunciation, which lead to some confusion from time to time. Here are two.
An evening at home with the family:
Ladybug: Can I dress in my Tinker Bell costume?
Me: Why?
Ladybug: Because I’m a little pissy.
Me: What?
Ladybug: I said “Because… I’m a… little… pissy.”
Me: What?
Queen B: She’s a little pixie.
In the car at the ATM to get money for a family trip to the movies:
Ladybug: What’s that?
Me: That’s an ATM.
Ladybug: A “A”… “T”… “M”?
Me: Yep. It’s a box that gives you money.
Ladybug: Well, hell yeah.
Queen B: What?
Ladybug: Well, hell yeah.
Me: “Where are we at?” The bank.
