This weekend the Komplexify family went to the Parade of Lights, Rapid City’s annual kick-off for the X-mas season. Among the more interesting floats was the Air Force’s light-fighter
or the water utility’s choir of caroling toilet seats
However, my favorite float arrived about midway through the procession. The float itself was just a golf cart minimally decorated with strings of colored lights, but it generated the following conversation with the Ladybug:
Ladybug: Dad, look! It’s Santa.
Me: Looks like it.
Ladybug: Oh wait. I think Santa turned into a zombie.
Me: That’s the Grinch, actually.
